About me
I investigate the functional and morphological integration of our ancestors' organisms by analyzing variation in fossil hominins and exploring the evolutionary relationship between form and function. I use 3D geometric morphometrics and digital methods for morphological analyses and anatomical reconstructions. By integrating experimental data from living humans and functional insights from computer simulations, I develop paleophysiological models and functional reconstructions to test evolutionary hypotheses, shedding light on hominin paleobiology.
