Method and analysis development in MicroCT imaging
We are using high-resolution 3D imaging to visualize developmental morphologies and processes in embryos of model and non-model species. MicroCT imaging produces size-calibrated volume images with histological resolutions, and the volume images can be imported into other software for segmentation and analysis. Our research efforts include establishing new tools for morphological and morphometric studies of patterning and function, methods for statistical analysis of 3D forms, and methods for quantitative 3D imaging of molecular patterns.
We are always interested in discussing new imaging applications and possible collaborations.
